The first version of RIFRAF has been released. A manuscipt preprint will follow soon.

Briefly, RIFRAF takes a set of noisy amplicon NGS sequences (it was built for PacBio CCS reads - the kind you get from a .fastq file), and a “reference” sequence that has a trusted reading frame, and infers a consensus sequence in a frame-aware manner.

Installation instructions from inside Julia:

We will soon provide code examples and Jupyter notebooks to clarify how best to use all this.
